Lovely roomy condo.
With a view of the golf course, pleasant decor, and well stocked kitchen, this made for a wonderful get away. Chris was always available for questions. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy . We stayed with another couple and we all enjoyed coming back to this home after our exploring.. Very nicely located and gate check in was a breeze. Would stay here again. Bring your own soap and shampoo though.

Very nice condo. Comfortable beds and very nicely decorated. We checked in late and had to leave early so didn’t get the chance to enjoy it as we would have liked, but would definitely choose it again.

Celebration Get Away
We rented this condo for a quick get away to celebrate our birthdays and anniversary. The condo was as advertised. Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to dining and entertainment. It was comfortable, clean and fully equipped. We drank our morning coffee on the patio and watched as the golfers played through. Highly recommended.

Great unit and great location.
Can't say enough good things. Great unit and great location. We were first impressed by how clean the unit was. Large rooms, lots of natural light, comfortable furniture (beds and couch), two patio areas and grill. Quiet and relaxing. Fun sitting on patio and watching the golfers pass by. Plenty of towels and bedding. Having such a nice place to come home to after a day of hiking or golfing or shopping really added to our vacation experience. Would definitely stay there again in fact we tried to book for same dates next year but the unit was already booked. Want to thank our host, Chris, for adding to our wonderful vacation.

Warm Colors and Cool nights
Beautifully upgraded condo. Rear patio faces east for the morning sun with views of women’s 9th tee box on the west course. Lots of room in the two bedrooms as well as in living room and dining room. Two couples can stay here comfortably. As well, the Kitchen has all the amenities. We would recommend this unit and could easily stay here again.

Home away from home.
We arrived to a very welcoming gated community. The house opening instructions were easy to follow. The home is very clean and decorated nicely. We stayed for 3 days. Beds were very comfortable. There is a mall across the street for morning coffee and goodies. Made eating dinner out really easy with good choices. Kitchen is stocked well if you wanted to cook. Swim pool just down the sidewalk was great...Hot tub too. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect Location
Location was fab, close to The Rivers with some good restaurants, a few shops and a cinema. A couple of blocks away in different directions were supermarkets, more restaurants and the Westfield Shopping centre. The owner was very helpful, and the rental was clean and well equipped. There were very nice neighbours too who we had a few chats with. We would certainly consider staying here again if we ever came back. We were just not taken with the area - although the Palm to Pines highway was a superb drive, one I would recommend to anyone staying here.

Perfect weekend
My friend and I were visiting for a tennis tournament. This was the perfect place for us. It's an easy walk to the tennis courts and the restaurants and movie theater are also only a short walk away. Whole Foods is maybe a 5-minute drive. Excellent location! The home itself was also excellent. Comfortable bedding and everything we needed. Really appreciated that the owners were flexible with our timing needs. Loved how we didn't have to worry about keys!! It was a fabulous weekend and we would definitely pick this place again the next time we are in the area.

We've stayed at a few condos at Rancho Las Palmas and this ranks #1. Perfect size, nicely decorated and very clean. No worn out appliances or kitchen ware, fresh white towels, and comfortable beds. Everything we needed was there. Owner Chris was quick with replies and kindly provided us with a late check out so we could play an extra round of golf. Very much appreciated. Our fingers are crossed this unit will be available when it comes time to book our trip next year!

Very good stay
We met friends here and it was a perfect place for two couples to either spend time together or separate. We enjoyed the back patio and watching the golfers. We availed ourselves of the nearby restaurants which were an easy walk away. A fun stay.

Wonderful thoughtful place to stay
Our family felt very at home here and didn’t want to leave after 5 days. So much to do and so many opportunities for relaxing here! Pools, golf, sun, hummingbirds, and tennis make for such nice respite in December! I competed in a tennis tournament at the resort and was so pleased to see the courts are at the end of the street, plus the clubhouse too. Well appointed and everything we needed including washer and dryer. Great spot!

Perfect and very clean
We stayed 5 nights in this wonderful condo. It was nicely decorated, super spacious, impeccably clean and had king size beds in both bedrooms. The kitchen had every gadget you could possibly want including coffee and espresso machine, blender, mixer, insta pot, etc. whatever I needed it was there! Nice patios in front and rear on golf course. The owner Chris is so nice and responds immediately to any questions that come up. Will definitely be back for our annual trip to Palm Springs!

Wonderful location, quiet and clean
We rented this house for a little get away to Palm Springs. We loved our stay here and the house was clean, comfortable and in a great location . We could walk around the property and there were restaurants and Starbucks just about a 5-10 minutes walk from the house. The house was well appointed with a courtyard in front where we enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast in the shade. It was nice to have our "happy hour" on the back patio and watch the golfers tee off. The king size bed in the master bedroom was super comfy! The owner was great to communicate with and easy to contact. Check-in/check-out was easy as well! We would rent this house again, for sure!

Lovely property, awesome owner!
We stayed here for 5 nights, and were extremely pleased with the property. Everything is clean and in great condition. It is a very peaceful, private location in a gated community. When we weren't out and about, we enjoyed sitting on the back patio and watching the golfers, or walking to one of the many available swimming pools. We had a couple of questions come up as we were settling in the first couple of days, and the owner always responded immediately. This property is highly recommended!
