"The description is entirely misleading. This was not “a lovely home nestled in a quiet neighborhood,” it’s an apartment and it was not lovely. The garage is detached and the apartment door has an iron grate over it. It was not a good neighborhood, and as a woman, it felt unsafe. The people hanging out outside their garage did not seem friendly. I found a hotel instead. Vrbo has no quality control, and did nothing to help with the situation, and the hosts just argued with me."

"Very comfortable spot! Seamless check in via messenger system with great communication from Joe leading up to and at the end of our stay. Privacy was great as mentioned in other reviews and the room was stocked with all essentials we could have needed. We would definitely stay again! "

"Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed...

"Property was well appointed, clean and spacious. Our family of six stayed at this property over a long weekend for an out-of-state lacrosse tournament. We all fit comfortably and the kitchenette was perfect for preparing breakfast and quick meals in between games/coming and going throughout the day. We weren't at the property long enough to enjoy the yard/pool area, however both areas were well maintained and available exclusively to us. We would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"While the inside is accurate the host fails to mention the garage is a 4 car shared garage that both cleaning staff and residents leave open so your car is not safe there is a trap house located rught behind that light off fire works randomly throughout the night and week on top of all this the wifi was out for 75% of the stay neighbors would connect to your tv multiple time messing with you do not stay here it is not worth the money"

"This bungalow is in the very private back yard of a fine house in a beautiful neighborhood of the magnificent pedestrian paradise of Redlands. Its location is ideal for an extended stay. Two grocery stores, coffee shops, downtown, restaurants, library, numerous parks and a famous outdoor performance venue are all within easy walking distance. "Sadly, an unexpected situation with our stay occurred. The listing displayed, showed a delightful area for sleeping, eating and grassy yard for our pets that we received approvals for 1 service dog and 1 non service dog. The area was under construction, no place for dogs to roam and play. During a shower, i noticed water all over the floor & informed host. Shortly after bathroom use, the toilet began to leak which was very unsanitary. I informed host that we just couldn't complete the stay. She...

"We absolutely enjoyed our second stay at this cute location. We even got snow this time! Plenty of room for us and our big dog. The host consistently checked un on us because of the snow and left us the tools including ice melt to help us with the driveway. Heat was great and plenty of blankets. The kitchen is always well stocked too which allowed us to make yummy homemade meals and lake Gregory being steps away is always a plus!"
