"This was our second stay at Paradisus in The Reserve. Food was very good at the various restaurants, except for Tomeiko. We had miss there one night and didn't go back. The quality and variety of food seemed improved over last year: the Fresco good truck now offers tacos or cold options (ceviche) on alternating days. Really enjoyed the various ceviches offered at Agua Marina for lunch (and the views can't be beat). As well, really enjoyed the authentic sopes cooked fresh at Malva during breakfast. Staff are excellent. Special shout out to Max and Carlos at the beach. And thanks to our concierge Juventino who was always available and quick with a solution or an answer. Two areas that I think can be improved: 1) How the hotel treats food allergies. You are asked about food allergies on the pre-arrival form and then you are asked again at every-single-meal. When you check in for a meal, the hostess looks you up on the system. It can't be too difficult to have food allergy information on the system so we don't have to keep repeating it over and over and over. I get that they may need to ask every time for liability reasons, but there should be a better way to go about it 2) One night at turndown, the attendant sprayed a fragrance in the room. My wife has scent allergies and it affected her. Given that scent allergies are common, I suggest the hotel should not spray scents in rooms. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. "

"After staying here we realized we’d never actually had a true R&R vacation- this place and the staff are truly exceptional. It’s the most relaxing, fun, beautiful, and luxurious experience. From every staff member being very friendly and thoughtful, the incredible food, the whales swimming in the private beach, the beach cabanas, the comfortable beds, clean and cozy room, the aesthetics of the whole property- the Pools! They allow you to choose what you want- lots of fun to be had, or quiet privacy and relaxation instead, but always delicious food & drinks- we were shocked it was all inclusive. Thank you so much Alexis, Zai, Francisco, Amanda, Oscar, Cesar, Louis, Paulo, and the amazing humans who cleaned our room every day perfectly. If you want to be treated like royalty and have basically butler service all day in a gorgeous setting- this is the place. Can’t wait to be back next year!"

"Loved the short drive from the airport - a much quieter Cabo experience, which is exactly what we were looking for. We never felt the need to leave the resort, but were a short taxi ride away from the entertainment if we had wanted to. There were also plenty of entertainment opportunities on the resort itself (we never ventured to the disco, but overheard other guests raving about their time there). Although swimming is not advisable here, the beach was beautiful and very peaceful and quiet, which was amazing considering it is peak Spring Break time here. The outdoor restaurant on the beach had an amazing ambience at night and was a full three-course meal experience. The staff were amazing and friendly. Would recommend to anyone who prefers a less crowded atmosphere and would stay here again. "
