We finally got the code, 3 hours before check in, and half hour before travelling. On entering the property, it felt cold and the bed linen felt damp, the whole house was dusty and dirty, and although we were a party of four, there were only 3 chairs in the dining area. It is a lovely home, very clean and very well equipped for a beach holiday in Broadstairs. The host Bec is very nice and on hand to answer any queries. "
