"The room we were in had 4 burned out lite bulbs and a leaking toilet. When we brought this to their attention, 1 lite bulb was replaced, and the toilet not fixed while we were there. "Absolutely loved this property!! Charming, small boutique hotel feel with only 6 lodges (rooms). Very friendly staff, excellent food and VERY experienced rangers taking you 2x a day on drives around the reserve. Stuart, Barry and Elliott are all three FANTASTIC!! Highly recommend this property."
