Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I booked d property 25 days prior to check in and when I called for property a day before check in to confirm some of d arrangements to be done dey told me dat dey haven't booked my room as dey were doing direct bookings not through any site and was really angry and I booked dewdrops mango bloom a day before.
