"It was very clean and updated with comfortable beds. My only complaint was noise...I had a neighbor who watched TV til 2AM; plus, you really had to slam the exterior doors hard to shut them. That meant that everytime someone shut their door you heard it. They provided earplugs in a bag, so I am guessing this is a common complaint-maybe the walls are thin. "

"The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially John, the general manager. He went above and beyond in helping us with our stay in Eureka Springs. The room itself was a standard motel room. There was a slight mildew musty odor but besides that, it had everything we needed. Very convenient to historic downtown. I would definitely stay there again. "

"They thought of everything.. even the quiet machine to lull you to sleep! Very nice stay. Disappointed because I did not get the room I requested (room with heart shape jacuzzi) because we had gone through 3rd party to rent room.. they said if I had gone directly with them for rental I could have gotten it."

"This was a great property! I really enjoyed my stay. Hotel staff was professional and polite. Room was very clean - more than I a lot of more expensive chains that I see when traveling. The Trolley stops out front, so you don’t have to drive downtown and fight for parking. I’ll definitely stay there again!"
