Extremely clean and practicing extra efforts and precautions when disinfecting between stays. King sized bed in the master bedroom with a shower and tub in the bathroom. Roku TV in the master bedroom and a queen sized pull out couch in the living room. The open living space makes this Village Getaway absolutely perfect for your group's next pad when traveling into the city of Oaks and Cameron Village area.

The Village District is a vibrant blend of notable attractions, beautiful parks, and great restaurants. Picnic in the little rose garden or grab dinner at Taza's Kitchen and Grille. Spend the day exploring the downtown Raleigh, or walk around shopping at the Village Shopping Center.
Additional Rules & Fees
• Obey all local laws, codes and ordinances - $1,000 fine for any citation.
• No Parties - $500 fine.
No Pets - $250 fee if there is evidence that there were pets in the home
• No smoking/vaping/candles/incense INDOORS - $500 fine. Smoking only allowed outdoors with windows closed and cigarette butts disposed of only in outdoor trash. If smoke or cigarette smell is not dispersed after the house is cleaned you will incur a $250 fine.
Check-out is at 11am ET and Check-In is at 4pm ET. $50 late checkout and $50 early check-in fee if available, non-negotiable before 1pm. After 1pm, guests will pay that night's base rate due to inability for future guests to book the same day.
Max number of people on property - 4 people. Every unauthorized guest on our property beyond our max occupancy of 4 people will result in a fee of $50 per unauthorized guest.
• Quiet hours: 10PM-6AM.
• No spray tanning/henna application/hair dyeing.
• Lock home and windows when leaving.
• Trash and Recycling are at the backside of the house. Pickup is early Thursday morning. Please put trash in containers Wednesday evening.
If guests are found in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
• If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
• Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
Please park in the designated parking spot. Free parking is allowed on the street as well. Please note, we are not responsible for any events related to your vehicle while parked on the street or designated parking spot.
