Front Door Code: Put your palm over the keypad and press the last 4 numbers of your phone number (the number you registered with Airbnb) and then press the check mark.

1. 4 cars maximum allowed on the property unless authorized by the owner
2. No pets without authorized by the owner

5. This is a residential neighborhood - please respect quiet hours after 10 pm.

Check Out: 10:00 AM
1. Start a wash cycle
2. Place all dishes in the dishwasher along with detergent and start a cycle.
3. Remove & dispose of all food items from all cabinets & the refrigerator.
4. Take the trash and place it in the green trash can on the side.
5. Inform the host of any damaged or broken items in the house.
6. Place the comforter on the edge of the beds if you have slept in it.
7. We value feedback from our guests, please let us know if you received anything less than 5 star service.
8. If you leave early, please kindly let us know so we can dispatch our cleaner early.
