The apartment was clean, comfortable, basic cooking supplies, good amount of towels/blankets. Loved that it had washer/dryer as well!! The bed was sooo comfortable!!! Affordable!!! Awesome neighborhood and close to great food and shopping!!

It's not clear what this property is - certainly not a hotel by any stretch of the imagination. There's no lobby, just a leasing office, and that was closed the entire time we were there. So, we got no help with anything. The list of things that were substandard or broken is extensive: No wifi password provided Toilet didn't flush Bathtub plug didn't seal Fridge didn't close properly No soap provided Carpet was stained Most furnishings were worn, peeling, or in need of repair Bathrooms weren't adequately cleaned I absolutely would not recommend this to anyone.

We had several issues during our stay. Internet and cable service was disconnected. The clothes dryer was not working. We made several calls and emailed the leasing office. We received one call back, but the issues were not resolved. Also, checkin time is 3:30, not 2pm as shown on our reservation with Expedia. Lastly, payment was taken several days before checkin.

Convenient but in need of renovations/repair.
The apartment is in need of upgrades/repair. This was our 3rd time staying at the property. We requested a 1st or 2nd floor unit and received a 3rd floor unit. There was no toilet paper at all. The kitchen sink made loud thumping sounds when the water was running. The diverter in the shower did not work. Half of the water continued to run out of the faucet. The caulk around the tub was old and moldy. The dining room chair legs were all in need of tightening. Someone is going to hurt themselves when the legs break. Aside from that, the location is good and having the dog run is nice, but someone needs to make sure the bag dispenser is stocked. All of them were empty. The kitchen has adequate supplies for cooking but the knives are not sharp at all. They are no sharper than a butter knife.

Really nice apartment, clean and looked nice but the tub in the master bedroom had a clog and noone came to fix it even after two messages being left. The sink in the kitchen was a double sink and the side that had the garbage disposal was you guessed it: clogged. Left another message but noone came to fix or address anything. Other than those issues our stay was perfect. I just wish communication was better.

Terrible communication. I booked 2 weeks but I stayed only 1 week because of multiple reasons I explain below,but they charged me for 2 weeks even I requested with enough time to Linda Cleveland that I needed a change. She never responded my email. I went to the office to discuss the same and no response. Place is spacious hpwever it was dirty, Couch had some white stuff on it and walls had food. I am allergic to dust and seemed that it was not clean because I did not stop sneezing. Internet speed was poor and I ended using my phone internet. I do not recommend this place.

You’ll enjoy your stay here, overall and relax.
We enjoyed our stay here. My daughter made the arrangements and they were very comfortable. The only issues we had though they were minor, that the microwave wasn’t working and every issue we had went to voicemail. Wish they were more attentive to our needs in a timely manner. Overall, a great accommodation and centrally located near my daughter and grandchildren. Highly recommend this type of apartment and all the amenities.

Check in was a breeze and the property was amazing. It was clean and fully stocked with the things I needed such as dish soap, laundry detergent and trashbags. Only issue I had was resolved the same day and the communication was above and beyond so thanks Linda!
