Summary:
Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Southeast Raleigh! With beds and a futon, it comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you’ll have easy access to Interstates 87, 440, and 40, plus nearby parks, museums, and restaurants. Enjoy a quick 15-minute drive to downtown and 20 minutes to the NC Museum of Art, PNC Arena, and the airport. Family-friendly and pets are welcome with a fee. We’ve included professional and real-time cleaning photos, so you know what to expect. We’d love to host you!
The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, the staircase leading to the bedrooms will be to your right and the living room will be to your left. The living room feels extra spacious with an extended opening to the dining room/kitchen and a bay window. This room is complete with two arm chairs, a futon that provides extra sleeping space for two guests, and a large SmartTV. Please note, the fireplace is not operational.
Through the living room is the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. We provide all major appliance, essential cookware, and dinnerware to simplify your cooking needs during your trip.
Downstairs you can also find the laundry room and a half bathroom.
Head upstairs to access the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has three full-size beds and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full bed and the third bedroom has a king bed. The second full bathroom is easily accessible to all guests in the hallway upstairs.
Head out back through the patio doors by the dining table. Out here you will find a large backyard, deck, bistro set, and a grill.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Our home is located in a residential area on the Southeast side of Raleigh.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
NOTE: we provide parking for up to four cars on the driveway. Street parking is not permitted, please plan accordingly if you book!
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
