When you are ready for some healthy competition, head down to the basement to play ping pong or air hockey! There is also a sitting area with a large sectional and two side chairs. When the chaos of the game room subsides, this is another relaxing area to kick your feet up or read a book! All TVs are equipped with full cable and sports packages for your access. Additional streaming apps are downloaded so please remember to bring your passwords!

We wanted to be intentional with the layout in the living rooms and common areas - each floor has it's own unique feel. Our main floor living room is the perfect place to cultivate conversation and catch up after a day exploring the city. With an open concept between the living room, kitchen, and dining area, everyone can gather together here. The second floor living room is the perfect spot to escape for some downtime. Stretch out on the gorgeous velvet sofa to watch TV, or grab a seat in the comfy leather chair with your favorite book. The basement & game room is the perfect spot to have some fun in your downtime. Catch the big game on TV, have a cozy movie night, or test out your ping pong skills!

Step into Southern Comfort where each bedroom exudes its own unique charm. The main floor hosts an inviting primary bedroom with a queen bed, dual nightstands, a full dresser, and a walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom boasts double vanities and a glass shower and features modern amenities like a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries
Upstairs, two additional cozy bedrooms separated by a shared living space wait to greet you. Each bedroom features its own queen bed, dual nightstands, and spacious closets. One of the bedrooms also includes a desk if you need to knock out some office work. All of our bedrooms are adorned with thoughtful touches like memory foam mattresses, luxury white linens, ample storage, and stylish decor. In addition to the separate living space on this level, there's also a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination.
Head down to the basement where you'll find a surprise - two additional beds! One full bed featuring a velvet headboard and adorned by gold sconces is comfy for adults and kids alike. The second full bed is a bunk that's perfect for small children. We've even included hanging space and a spot for your luggage in this area.

The house offers a fully stocked kitchen complete with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, sink, toaster, and pantry to store extra food. You will find a variety of Green Pan pots & pans as well as baking dishes and utensils to help with all your cooking needs. A spacious dining table just off of the kitchen lends plenty of room to enjoy a meal together.

Complete with a programmable coffee pot that makes up to 12 cups, an electric kettle, and plenty of mugs for your beverage of choice. We provide coffee grounds, as well as a variety of tea bags, sweetener options, and coffee creamers.
☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
Our outdoor area is located within a large backyard lined by beautiful trees. There are two decks - one off of the main living area, and one off of the basement. We've included plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the outdoors, and there's plenty of yard for kids to run around as well!

To enhance your protection, this property is equipped with a Ring camera featuring audio capabilities situated at the exterior of the house. The camera will be actively recording the following areas throughout the duration of your reservation:
- Street in front of the house
- Entrance to the property
- Front Lawn
- Parking space
Please be assured that the camera is configured to respect your privacy and does not have visibility into any interior spaces.
We also utilize noise monitors located in common areas to help us prevent our guests from disturbing our neighbors. These devices do not record audio, but will alert us if noise levels are above a certain threshold.
Uber and Lyft are available for anyone not wanting to drive around Durham. Downtown and Duke's campus are under 2 miles away, and we recommend driving rather than walking.
