Perfect cottage
Charming older home that was perfect for a large group. Nice neighborhood with sidewalks perfect for walking your dog. The host was a joy to rent from and very quick to reply to messages.

30th birthday with pets
Good house for our family to stay for my sister-in-laws 30th birthday. We were able to have our two pets at the house which helped make the experience that much better.

Magnificent on Martin
Myself, my wife, and some friends were in Raleigh for a weekend for a wedding. This property accommodated 8 of us with very little issue. This is an older home which some very nice modern touches, including a nicely renovated kitchen. The neighborhood is about 1 mile from downtown Raleigh- walkable on a nice day. Overall, we found the listing to be accurate and we had a comfortable stay.

Easy walkable location to downtown Raleigh!
Our group had a very pleasant stay at this warm and charming home on Martin St. which is 1/2 mile walk to downtown Raleigh. Nice size kitchen and comfortable beds! We would book again. Thank you Stacy for being a great host.

Very nice house overall. The only downside was that we lived out of our suitcases since there was very limited, if any storage space in bedrooms. Loved the water pressure in the showers.

Magnificent on Martin is a very lovely and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Many restaurants, stores and attractions were only minutes away!! Our hostess was informative and responded promptly. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Perfect Pre-Wedding stay!
This space was beautiful. Check in was perfect as was location! I was getting married on Saturday and my venue didn’t have a bridal suite so my girls and I got ready here. It was just so perfect. Perfect amount of room and stunning for the photos! So much Parking as well :) thank you, Stacy!

From booking to checking out we were completely satisfied. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the towels soft and all the small things you might need were supplied. Stacy always answered my question promptly and fully. Would definitely book again.

We loved it!
We had 5 college friends (all female) stay for a weekend. The inside of the house was beautifully done and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Location was very convenient to downtown Raleigh and the Beltline. Being able to park 5 vehicles off the street was exceptionally nice! We enjoyed our weekend stay and definitely would rent again!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is old but have been renovated/updated and is very nice inside. The neighborhood was very quiet. It was nice for a walk down the street to a well kept community park. The house is super close to downtown where we spent a lot of time with wedding events. The one downside was only two small baths but luckily our family was in and out at different times and were able to make it work smoothly.

We stayed at this property for our wedding. It was a perfect space for family and pups with all amenities. Kitchen, living and dining room are spacious. I do not recommend parking in the driveway if you have a small car as it will scrape. Otherwise, plenty of space for vehicles.

Magnificent on Martin was perfect for our group of six! Older home with updates and lovely decor. Everything from bedding, to kitchen supplies, towels, etc., are of good quality. Stacy was wonderful and messaged me to be sure everything was going well during our stay. This home is very close to downtown Raleigh, so there is a lot of foot traffic infront of the house and neighboring homes are very close. We just closed the curtains for privacy when it got dark out and it was fine. We made some great memories and are so thankful Stacy shared this charming home with us for a few days!

The house looks just like the photos but the photos don’t show ‘the bits’. Things like the downstairs bathroom which has clear glass to the outside and no window covering. Also no cover plate on the light switch. The walk to the CBD is doable but it isn’t short. The house itself is big enough and functional enough, and will be much better when it is finished.
