Beautifully furnished ranch house in a wonderful North Raleigh neighborhood. Close to restaurants, shopping and the I540 which makes it convenient for the airport and RTP . 20 minutes to downtown Raleigh.

Fully appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need to prepare any size meal. Keurig Coffee Maker, AEVO Detachable Milk Frother Machine, Automatic Electric Milk Warmer/Foam Maker, Air Fryer, Electric Skillet and Electric Tea Kettle. Coffee, tea and dozen organic brown eggs included to start off your perfect morning.

Large living room with comfortable seating and a beautiful bay window that lets in fantastic light.

Family room with beveled window accents, electric fireplace, 50" Roku TV including Netflix, Prime, Disney+, Hulu, Peacock, Paramount + and Spotify.
Ample dining table with seating for 6. Eat in kitchen can seat 4.

The large master bedroom has a queen bed, walk in closet, and private bathroom with double sinks, a large shower with grab bars. The master also has a 46" TV.

Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds with ample closet space, ceiling fan, nice window with window seat.

Bedroom 3 has a full size bed, 2 night stands, an armoire for clothes, closet, nice window with window seat. Office space with desk. Great for guest who need computer or work space.

The hall bathroom with shower/tub is convenient to the spare bedrooms and the rest of the house.

Front screened in porch overlooking the front yard.

Peaceful outdoor space. Large deck with built in benches and round table. Perfect for that morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.

Outdoor BBQ for grilling.

Great Property and Great Location
Our stay at this property was so enjoyable. This is a nice ranch-style home with lovely decor. There are many extra touches provided by the owner, including a nice "welcome package". Best VRBO We've Ever Stayed In
Dana was an awesome host. Very kind and considerate. Super clean and comfortable house in a great neighborhood and close to shopping, restaurants, etc. All the supplies one could ask for, and then some. Whenever we go to Raleigh we will try to stay here. My wife is going to buy the same kind of mattress that was on our bed, it was so comfortable. Now I understand why this house has a unanimous 5 star rating. Can't wait to visit it again.

Great for entertaining out-of-town friends
Everything I could think of for entertaining friends was thoughtfully supplied. We all enjoyed the nice welcome of wine and cheese and pretty glasses. The house is more spacious than the photos indicate and very comfortable. I would definitely choose this house again.

We enjoyed staying at this adorable little home in NC. We had everything that we needed for a terrific stay and also were left by the host some snacks and eggs that were perfect and kept us from having to run to the store immediately when we got there. We will be back the next time we are in NC...

The home itself is very coz & nice, with plenty of room. It’s well-appointed and in a great neighborhood that is close to so much. What makes this rental experience such a standout are the hostesses; they have thought of EVERYTHING (and more) to make your stay a fantabulous experience. From wine/cheese to eggs & coffee, they really know how to make guests feel welcomed! Communication is top-notch. Highly recommend!

Lovely home away from home
Our hosts, Dana and Caron, were excellent -- thoughtful, caring, and very accessible. The house is comfortable, clean, and incredibly well-appointed -- it sets the bar for all future vacation rentals. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch and the back deck. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

Lovely choice
This was our third stay at this property and enjoyed our stay again. Property is clean, feels homey, with a well stocked kitchen. We always enjoy the wine and snacks that owner has available upon our arrival. She really knows how to personalize our stay. Being able to spend time with our Raleigh family and grandkids at this home is very comfortable for all.. We will stay again!

Great location and house layout
This rental was perfect for our family that was in town visiting. The ranch style had a great layout and was roomy enough to let everyone have their own space. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for morning walks. Our host was very considerate and personable, leaving some welcome gifts to help us enjoy our stay! Will be back!

Friends Week
We were visiting friends and used this house as our base for the week. The location is great as you are close to a variety of restaurants and shops as well as easy access to the highway. The property is well equipped. It would be nice if the master had a king bed as opposed to the queen. We would certainly stay her again.
