Layout:
Our home comes fully equipped with everything you need for an amazing stay. The Home has three levels. On the primary level, you will find the main living area, dining, and kitchen. There is also a kitchenette perfect for entertaining in the basement. There are also 3 king rooms on the main floor, two of which have their own en-suite full bathrooms.
Upstairs you will find the master suite and master bathroom. There is also a large bedroom upstairs with 3 twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Finally, you will find the secondary living area in the basement, perfect for lounging, watching TV, or enjoying the wood burning fireplace. Our home also has several outdoor patios and seating areas to enjoy the large oak trees overhanging the property.
Events:
We welcome all sorts of events from weddings, funeral receptions, birthdays, graduations, baby showers, and more! Our property can comfortably host up to 75 people. Please note, we do usually charge an event fee depending on the size and scope of the event, so please reach out to the host for more info.
Pets:
At the moment, we do allow small dogs under 25lbs and charge a fee of $100/dog. If you wish to bring a larger dog, that may be arranged, but you must get approval from the host as they may only be allowed to access the basement area since there are no hardwood floors to worry about in the basement.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire home and grounds to themselves. Guests will use a smart code to enter the property found in their pre-checkin link sent to them in the very first welcome message after booking. This code will only be viewable within 48 hours of check-in.
Other things to note
If you do decide to stay at our lovely home, you will be sent a check-in link from our third party servicer where we will collect the following fees separately after you book:
1) Refundable Security Deposit - $500. We recommend paying this with a credit card since it will only be a hold placed on your card during your reservation. If you pay with a debit card or direct ACH transfer, the money will be withdrawn from your account 3 days before check-in and refunded 3 days afterwards upon successful inspection of the premises.
2) We also require all of our guests to upload a photo ID to their precheck-in portal to confirm their identity before we will give access to the property.
3) Early Check-in/Late Checkout - You will have the option to request these services through your pre-checkin link after booking, but they are subject to our approval and our cleaners availability. We usually charge $35 for a 1-hour Early Checkin/Late Checkout and $45 for a 2-hour early checkin/late checkout
4) Pets - We welcome dogs under 25lbs for a fee of $100/dog charged after booking. Larger dogs must be approved by host on a case by case basis. Since this is a historic luxury home, we want to make sure we can accommodate you and your pets needs!
