Comfortable and Quiet Condo near the Village and NC State

Renovated unit near The Village area of Raleigh! This unit has been totally renovated similar to our other available unit and has a new kitchen with quartz countertops and new appliances as well as a king bed, comfortable living room with small dining area. Bathroom is modern in design with a walk in shower. Unit also has a washer and dryer and all amenities you'd expect. The Village is an excellent location in Raleigh with great shopping, a starbucks, restaurants, gym, drug store and full service grocery store. 1983530 is our other unit that we own so please check it out too! Wonderful stay with a great location

Pride of ownership
This condo was a perfect place to stay while visiting family in the area. It was clean, quiet, easy access to highways, restaurants and shops. The art and decor made it feel like a high-end hotel, but much more homey. Will stay here again.

Great visit to Raleigh
My husband and I visit Raleigh a few times a year to visit our son. The Villages area is our preferred location to stay and now Stephen’s properties will be too. The condo was in a great location, walkable to all stores and restaurants. It’s clean, fully updated, easy to access, comfortable furniture and bed, well stocked kitchen and large walk in shower. Highly recommended staying here!

Best Place Ever!!
We have stayed in this unit 2 times this year. The property is immaculate, friendly neighborhood, fantastic walking factors to the shops and restaurants in the village area. The owner is wonderful and responds fast with our questions. I am all ready looking into booking in March time frame and I highly recommend this property.

Wow! Best location in Raleigh - close proximity/easy access to anywhere you may want to go. New, clean, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. Responsive host. Walking distance to The Village with restaurants shopping, yet quiet neighborhood. Can’t wait to go back next month!

Outstanding Village Stay
I stayed in this charming condo for 6 weeks. It is cozy, clean, well maintained and very well stocked for a long stay. It s located in a very nice part of Raleigh not far from downtown. You can walk about 5 to 10 minutes to The Village which is a collection of boutique shops, nice eateries, ABC store for alcohol purchases, a wine shop, a 2 story chick fil A, Harris Teeter grocery store. Nice king size memory foam mattress on the bed. I don't usually like memory foam but i.slept very well. Kitchen has a back-door that is steps away from your reserved parking space. It made loading and uploading a breeze. Modern appliances and washer dryer in unit. The owner/ host Stephen was superb. He had coffee pods, dishwasher pods and laundry pods(among a few other things) there to get you started. Great TVs.in.the main room and bedroom. Ceiling fans in LR and BR as well. He is a very responsive host. He even brought me a Brita water pitcher for the refrigerator. I highly recommend considering this property and will hopefully be able to.stay there on.future trips to Raleigh

Great location and very comfortable
We felt completely at home. The condo is aesthetically pleasing, well equipped and very comfortable. No problem sleeping with a great mattress, a lovely spot outside to sit and enjoy a glass of wine, or morning coffee and good climate control when the weather got uncomfortably hot or cold. Stephen was accommodating, prompt and pleasant to deal with. And you can't beat the location close to the Village with it's shops and restaurants and all easily walkable. An easy walk to the Rose Garden too which is really worth a visit. We would definitely return!!

A home away from home
Beautiful home nestled right in the heart of Raleigh. The home was located close to all my needs, whether I was looking for a place to eat, to shop, to walk and entertainment, all were right in my reach. The home was clean and bright and beautiful. The neighborhood was safe and very nice. The neighbors were nice as well, very quiet, which I truly enjoyed. The property manager was nice and communicated well; communicating is key for me and Stephen was all over it. Thanks Stephen for having me as a guest in your home. I look forward to staying again.

Beautifully set up and comfortable apartment
The apartment is very attractive, roomy, and full of light, perfect for a single person (like me) or a couple. It is located at the rear of the large group of two-story apartment buildings and overlooks the central park-like garden. It is very quiet. The whole apartment was beautifully clean and had many thoughtful touches that made me feel cared for and welcome. The bed was very comfortable, as was the large settee. The kitchen had everything I needed except a kettle for making tea. You can park a car very close to the rear of the apartment. It was a five-minute walk to The Village shopping and restaurant/cafe precinct.

Great, upgraded property close to Cameron Village
Great, clean, well stocked property. Exactly as described in the listing. The furniture was comfortable and the apartment’s finishes were nicely upgraded. Check in was easy and the owners were very informative / responsive. Walking distance to Cameron Village and short drive to downtown. The AC / heat is in the living room, so just make sure to start before going to bed. We both worked from home and the internet was good. It is a shared unit so you do hear normal noise from the person above (but nothing loud / that should prevent sleeping). Overall would recommend. Thanks for a great stay!
