My stay in Durham
Not the best neighborhood, but I needed a place to stay until I closed on my house. It served the purpose. I would not recommend it for families or tourists.

Plenty of room for fam of 5
We stayed at this home over the holiday weekend. I was able to reach the manager when I needed to. Although the home isn't in the best of neighborhoods, the people didn't bother us at all and my kids were able to play outside in the front and side yard areas with neighbors waving and smiling. We never felt concerned for our safety.

Drug dealer at the house 300 ft away with boarded up tarped house house inbetween. People loitering on the street all night until daylight, arguing, camp fire, sitting on curb.

Did not hear from Owner for access code to property until I contacted him upon arrival. Did not feel safe in neighborhood. House was not as represented in photos. Did not stay.
