"Our stay here was amazing - when we arrived, the concierge helped us by letting us use his phone as my girlfriends luggage was lost when we came in on the bus. On checkout, we had a 2 hour window until we left Ljubljana, and the concierge kindly let us keep our luggage in the secured room and an extra important bag behind the desk with her. "I feel obliged to give this hotel a good review even though I checked out early, simply because the staff here is truly outstanding. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the air conditioning during a heatwave, and the room was unbearably hot. However, the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout, and allowed me to check out early with a partial refund. I would not hesitate to come back here during the spring or fall when air conditioning would not be an issue."
