"Arriving at the hotel was a 5-Star experience. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team! They are amazing on all levels. Friendly, do a great job in the room and kind. At the front door the gentleman was super. Always there with a great way about him. He makes you feel welcome with his friendly attitude AND safe. The kitchen team could use a little work. One girl had a weird attitude and not a waitress type feel to her. Maybe because I didn’t speak with local language. The guys were on it...

"Very nice suite room. On the garden level. Good and clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Except for one waiter, all restaurant staff were too busy talking to each other or busy on their phoned. No smile, no greetings, no eye contact. Anyway, if customer service in restaurant is not important, than this hotel is worth considering. "

"Totally unorganised Check in took 30 mins Could not see booking as could not find exercise book ! Anyway we booked 4 rooms they insisted we only booked 2. After showing proof finally gave us rooms . Staff u friendly and unhelpful would not give me receipt as their system does not allow them!!!’"

"Third rate rooms with old, ugly looking furniture, poor internet connection. Lousy service. No one at front desk in late evening or early morning—staff are sleeping and don’t like waking up. Photos on website are deceiving in making rooms look better than they are. "
