"Did not have hot water. They tried telling me that it will be fixed in 5 minutes but even after two hours it was not fixed. I had to leave without shower. the customer service was not very responsive nor any attempt was made to fix the issue or offer any alternative. "

"Brand new hotel. AC is great. Shower slippery and danger of falling. Room in the small side, but other than that great. Most of the staff is very young and don’t have much experience. Food was quite good. "

"It’s a hotel that has lost its prime. I shows glimpses of being a premium property in the past. The service was sub par, rooms are showing signs of ill maintenance, bathroom had leakage while the bathtub was cracked in the middle. The doors showed signs of being pried open many times."
