This holiday home is in a quiet location backing onto a reserve, yet still close to the patrolled beach, restaurants and main shopping centre of Rainbow Beach.

With an open plan living area, decks and a small fenced yard, there is ample space for the whole family to enjoy their holiday. The property has off street parking with enough room for a large boat.

This Property Does NOT Have Wifi

Maximum Occupancy: 10 people
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a port-a-cot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.

With all holiday accommodation, you will need to bring your own personal linen (sheets, pillow cases, hand towels, towels and bath mats) or these can be hired from our office, just ask us for a quote. Remember to also pack your own essential items such as toiletries, dishwashing powder, etc  for your stay. Port-a-cots can also be hired from our office.

A $25 booking fee applies to all bookings.

Disappointing / not well equipped for large groups
A Mother's Day stay with two families we found the property disappointing. The fans in the house were disgusting, the kettle was blown up, two chairs for sitting on we're broken , the dishwasher dirty in side, smoke butts out the front of the house , washing machine switch broken and left on hot water, guess what the 2nd night no hot water. However the local realty manager supported our issues and were given another night. I suggest to the owners to fix your home before renting it out in the near future . Disappointing for a weekend with Mum and other guests. We hope our next visit may be a more embracing one. The Moore and Couling families. Addition to the above , the children's TV was not going, the ironing board looked like a rat may have be noring on it. Once again thank you to the local realty for your prompt actions .

Well presented, functional for groups, either family or couples. Proximity to town centre was good, whilst still very private with treed area on two sides of property.

Spacious but dirty and rundown.
Upon first appearances the place is clean, tidy and well maintained. However as we started to use things it started to show a lack of care. - Hole in wall - walls have not been washed. Absolutely filthy. - Dinning room chairs broken. We had adults sit on them and the chair legs were bowing. - Outdoor chairs worn so much that when you sit on chairs you can feel the stitching popping, feels like you're going to fall through. - Dirty dishes left in dishwasher, and dirty dishes put back in cupboards. - BBQ OMG that was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen, a public BBQ would have been cleaner. Took us 1.5hrs to scrub it so we could use it. - Locks don't work on bathroom/toilet doors. - Mould in carpets and on curtains. - Beds are great are if you enjoy sleeping on rock hard concrete. - Has ceiling fans, however high speed is only just spinning. - Oven, seal is falling off. Slow to cook, took us 3hrs to cook 6 frozen pizzas when it should have only taken 45mins. On a plus side there is plenty of room, it's close to beach, shops and tracks.

Excellent house for two families or one big family.
Apart from a couple of minor things which needs fixing we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday house. Very roomy and in an excellent location. Would definitely stay there again.
