"Le propriétaire avait suspendu la location de son appartement jusqu'au 31/12 mais Expedia à accepté la location. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui a essayé de nous trouver une solution 5 heures avant mon arrivée. Service Expedia complètement NUL ils n'ont même pas pris la peine de m'appeler pour me proposer un autre hébergement. Très déçu. "

"Der Aufenthalt bei Rudy und seiner Frau war wirklich sehr sehr toll. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, und auch der weitere Aufenthalt der folgenden Tage war sehr entspannt. Er erkundigte sich nach unserem Wohlergehen, und war wirklich sehr darauf bedacht, das man sich wohl fühlt! Sollten wir noch mal in Belgien Urlaub machen, dann dort!! "My wife and I are usually very careful when it comes to booking a holiday but somehow this one got under the radar! We thought we had a bed not a bed settee, we thought there was a fully fitted kitchen, there wasn't, we thought we could use the lake, we couldn't as it was closed, I expressly asked twice if I could bring a kayak but had no reply, nor were we told the lake was out of action due to Algie, we also didn't know that pretty much absolutely everything else was extra, TV, Wifi, swimming,...
