"Had two superb days here on our second trip to Kawhia. Love the very clean and tidy house, the views and the three lawn mowers who came to visit! (sheep) Patsy, our host, made everything so easy adding to a wonderful feeling of relaxation. Beds very comfortable, kitchen very easy to work in. We were all most reluctant to leave and return to town on Sunday. Thank you so much for our lovely happy time, from all four of us. Jenny"

"It was a bit further out of town than we were expecting. The driveway is very steep & narrow.The accommodation was clean & tidy with heaps of space (we even did yoga in the lounge).A great girls weekend away."

"Excellent house and location, attention to detail was obvious, all our needs were met. Parking instructions need to be strictly adhered to, driveway is shared and neighbour police's with photo evidence so park as close to the garage doors as you can. There is no air conditioning but many ceiling and proximity fans."

"Lovely comfortable home, awesome kitchen and very relaxing. Couple of harmless house spiders in the bed, but villas are hard to stop spiders. Would def stay again"

"Such a beautiful place to stay at with the bush backdrop nice and quiet and relaxing. Lovely bedrooms and beds, bathroom and shower awesome. Nice outdoor area to sit and enjoy a glass of wine, overall had a wonderful weekend."

"The property was lovely, very private and clean with lots of unexpected bonuses such as a television with Netflix, food in the fridge, games, books, and shampoo and conditioner to use. The host was exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful, giving us recommendations for local sightseeing. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Waikato region!!"

"as it says cosy and comfy...beds were super comfortable. it was quiet and homely, took a little bit to work out the shower and couldnt get tv to go, however if they left instructions on both that would help. great pressure in the shower , fridge had lots of little extras in it which would be good if we cooked and a great supply of milk. it had everything we needed and loved the style and bits and pieces in there .eg the record player and games books etc. thanks very much very helpful and...
