"Everything about the room was pretty much great. I could tell it was newly refurbed (still had a 'new' smell to possibly the flooring). Everything was clean and in great condition, with THE VERY NOTABLE EXCEPTION that the shower did not work. I regard this as a major drawback. However, we did not notice it until it was late in the evening, at which time there would have been no one at the front desk any longer (it is not staffed after 6 pm), and it seemed too late in the evening to call the...

"We were coming in late and Jack (front office staff) reached out to check on us. Felt immediately welcomed and knew we were in for a good stay. Rooms were spotless. Breakfast was cute enough for the kids (and I want the pancake machine in my own home). Every staff member was great but Jack really stood out and went above and beyond. Thank you for the wonderful stay! "

"The king room that was given to us is spacious as compared to the same room category from other hotels. Th room was clean with enough towels. The front dest staff, Angel was very kind and professional during our checking in process. Coast Riders Inn is a decent hotel to stay whenever you visit the San Simeon, Cambria, Morro Bay Area. Will definitely come back to stay there again in the near future"
