"We loved the hotel but there are no elevators in the main hotel so if you have a lot of luggage it could be difficult. However, the location is just minutes walk to the main downtown restaurant & shops about 7-8 minutes and there are also restaurants just outside the hotel door as well."

Big call out to Ruben the night manager who was welcoming when we arrived after midnight after a long drive from Biarritz and couldn’t do enough for us. All the staff were equally helpful and bright. We will be back every year…"
