"The little carriage house is situated within walking distance of shops and restaurants in the historic district of Pinehurst. We quite enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean and is as listed. Only issue, as we are older, is that the stairs are steep with narrow treads. Recommend. "

"First impression upon entering is that the house was untidy, with refrigerator and pantry full of half-used items, poorly equipped & very small kitchen in terms of pots/pans/skillet/utensils, Keurig didn't work and not even a teakettle to boil water. Bedroom closets with stuff like unmade pallets thrown in. One of the upstairs beds was discovered to contain a sock inside the sheets--- definitely not one of ours.
