"Booked as a two night stopover in Bled after a walking trip in the Julian Alps. Booked two twin rooms, both very clean, comfortable, practical and quiet. Breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of cold and hot dishes to pick from. The hotel is very well located with views of Lake Bled, the mountains and castle. The swimming pool and hot tub were a welcome relief after the walking trip and it was a great place to relax and wind down. It's a short walk to the town with it's many restaurants and bars.,"

"If you are visiting Lake Bled this is a great place to stay as you are only a 10 minute drive away . There is on site parking which is included . The breakfast area was cozy and had all the basics needed to start your day and was also included . There are several restaurants nearby to choose from for lunch or dinner . The area is super quiet and we enjoyed just sitting on our balcony taking it all in .There is no front desk at this hotel which I was a little leary about the automated check in process but it was very simple and worked great . Once you make your room payment and scan your travelling docs it will provide you with a lock code . I was very impressed with the self check in process . Bedroom and bathroom were spacious and superclean . We really enjoyed staying at the Penzion Kovac and would not hesitate to stay there again . "
