"Having spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry, I have high standards for customer service. This hotel exceeded my expectations with its outstanding service. One notable feature is their selection of gluten-free and non-dairy options, which many hotels often overlook, even now in a time where so many people have allergies. They clearly label all food items, making it easy to identify their ingredients. I believe the food manager's name was either Gladys or Gloria, and she was an absolute pleasure to interact with! We plan to return to Milwaukee in January, and this hotel will be our top choice. Additionally, checking in with my service dog was a smooth process, and the staff was very accommodating towards him. Overall, we loved our stay, including the exceptional customer service, valet, and housekeeping."

"Great service many offers to help. Nice kick backs, not offered at other hotels. Located downtown so free parking not available. Hotel parking $25 per night. Stayed 2 nights. Since this was a special occasion, I paid. For me this is a BIG draw back."
