"Second time staying at this hotel and we weren’t disappointed coming back. The hotel itself is somewhat dated, but the location, with the views over Etna and the fantastic pool and beach area are fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful too…. all good! "

"Villa Paradiso was even better than I had hoped. The view was spectacular and located close to everywhere we wanted to go. More importantly, the hotel was very clean, staff was wonderful and the breakfast every morning was beyond compare. We also enjoyed cocktails and snacks every night at the rooftop bar Settimo Cielo. When visiting Taormina again, we will only stay at Villa Paradiso!"

"My wife and I just returned from a week-long stay at the Mazzaro sea Palace. We were captivated by everything about the resort, but most notably the superior quality of the staff. To begin, the hotel is in a beautiful setting on a small, peaceful cove. Our junior suite was large, well-appointed, comfortable, and spotless. "We stayed in an apartment that I think isn't apart of the main hotel. It is off-season so the main hotel was closed. The view is incredible and makes you feel like you never want to leave. It felt like staying at an apartment more than a hotel since there isn't concierge or anything like that. I would recommend for anyone to say here as you can't beat the location. "

"This was our best stay in a 3-week Sicily trip. On arrival we were greeted by Nino who checked us into a very nice room(it actually had a chandelier). Later we met Martina and she chatted with us and provided great suggestions over the 2-3 days we were there. And then Marta made us all kinds of drinks in the evening. The villa is gorgeous and the breakfast was amazing (including made to order eggs). I recommend this place heartily."

"A nice resort hotel set on the beach. Our room was clean and tidy and although the bathroom was on the smaller side it was perfectly fine for the two of us. The breakfast was great with plenty of options and the staff were all friendly"

"The hotel is about 20 minutes up a very steep and winding road above Taorimina so it's not convenient to go back and forth. The decor is dated, but the hotel has an old world charm and the setting is beautiful. The back of the hotel looks at Mount Etna and the wonderful pool faces it too. The breakfast was nice and had typical Sicilian pastries. They could update the decorations in the rooms and lobby."

"You will never tire of the view. Lovely location. Property has everything you need. The only issues and they are are small ones is that you dont have access to the entire property. The drive up is not for the faint hearted.The neighbours dogs and hornets were also a bit annoying. "

The location itself was beyond lovely - situated amongst the vineyards, peaceful, and easy driving to Mt. Etna. Parking was convenient - a small lot across the road from the property. "Absolutely amazing, clean, spacious living space. The grounds have plenty of sitting areas. I love the hammocks. It is a short drive to some beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops. They also provide a shuttle service. Its a well maintained and managed property. We would go back. The city is moving closer to the little paradise. "
