"We booked very late on the day of our stay but managed to find this very reasonably priced room. Room was a bit on the small side but very well presented, really nice sheets, proper hotel towels, super shower and all very clean. Bed (and pillows) very comfy, although again, a bit in the small side. Good value for money and in a good location, easily accessible to the old town. "

"My husband and I stayed at the Palazzo for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience throughout. Before we even arrived Salvatore was responsive with messages and arranging our late check in. He greeted us as soon as we arrived in the car and showed us to a parking space directly outside the property. The masseria is stunning and the rooms are very unique! After having to find an alternative hotel, I was offered a refund for the first night, along with an apology. At check out, it was also agreed not to charge. When I chased up credit from hotels.com, the hotel confirmed I stayed one less night than planned but refused to credit. Nice!"
