"Property is top notch. Family is amazing. There is only one major issue, one of the beds is terribly uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep on it, nor could my wife. Tried sleeping on the sofa but that wasn't much better either. Again, location and property is awesome."

"Wir sind planmäßig angereist und mussten feststellen, dass das Objekt bereits vermietet ist. Der Vermieter war nicht erreichbar. Seine Eltern bedauerten das sehr, konnten uns aber nicht weiter helfen. Die Buchung wäre nicht eingegangen. Wir hatten aber die Bestätigung über Fe-Wo direkt bekommen und das Quartier bereits bezahlt. Es wurde uns keine Alternative Unterbringung angeboten oder organisiert. "The Neuhausen Erzgebirge area is absolutely beautiful and this home is perfect for those wanting a quiet peaceful stay. Very close to Seiffen with all of the nutcrackers, smoking men, and pyramids. Neuhausen has the greatest collection of nutcrackers at their museum and is a must see! The home though is very comfortable and spacious and clean...it is as advertised. There are steep steps leading up to the bedrooms, so if that is a concern, beware. Loved this place and our stay!"

"What a great stay! The Staff Amazing, (Thanks Udo) for all the information and recommendations. We normally don’t do breakfast let alone a buffet but buffet at their sister property is a do not miss! Make sure you ask for Eggs Benedict wonderful. A washer in the unit was wonderful, let staff know and they will bring you a drying rack. Location is perfect, close to sites and a moderate walk from the HBF. You won’t be disappointed thanks Udo for a great stay. "
