I ARRIVED AROUND MIDNIGHT, THE BINS HAD NOT BEEN EMPTIED IN MY ROOM,IN THE SHOWER CUBICLE WAS USED SHAMPOO SACHETS FROM PREVIOUS GUEST,HAIRS IN THE SOAP TRAY, THERE WERE NO NEW TOILETRIES AND THE BED DID NOT APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN CHANGED, SHEET, DUVET AND PILLOWS LOOKED SLEPT ON. THE MAN ON THE FRONT DESK SPOKE VERY LITTLE ENGLISH SO COULD NOT GET HIM TO UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEMS.

Nice Ibis
This was my third time staying at this Ibis and I would go back! Nice Ibis in a safe part of town. Near the Agdal train station and when the tram is finished, will be even more convenient. Not much around it for dining options but a short walk to the nearest tram station. Rooms on the right side of the stairs seem better than the ones on the left side. Carrefour is a short walk away if you want groceries.

the best thing about this place was the proximity to the Agdal train station. Getting here from the airport by taxi was traumatic. Our driver totally overcharged us 300 dirham...THEN...insisted we pay him another 100 dirham to get our luggage (2 bags) out of his trunk which he refused to open until we paid him. He was aggressive and menacing! Horrible first impression of Morocco!!

great location
Its missing a pool but the garden is amazing. I found the front desk very helpful . A short taxi ride away is a great grill called Le Coq Magic.. Its right next to the train station and there is a pharmacy there and a little restaurant thats cheaper than the hotels restaurant... I liked this hotel.. The towels were a little thin so bring your own like beach towel when you are travelling in morocco cause you wont like the paper thin towels but I found the hotel to be quite great other wise...

Perfect quick stay
This hotel is conveniently located right next to the Rabat Agdal train station. It was very clean both in the room and in the rest of the hotel. The room itself was just fine for a short stay - I wasn't looking for a lot - most importantly the A/C and the internet worked great. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but certainly on par with the standards of the area. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Hotel is feet away from the train station
This hotel was rightoutside the train station. The airconditiong worked good also which sometimes is a challange in Rabat. Internet was good as well. The hotel staff let me do a late checkout at no cost. In the rooms there is a pamplet that said they had food 24/7 and to order in the restaurant. When I tried to order they only had one option available and it was something not on the menue advertised. Breakfst buffet was good with many options but not free. It was reasonable priced though. No pool, nothing fancy but comfortable for a night when catching a train.

Ideal location with curt staff
You can't beat the location right next to the train station. Ideal if you are travelling alone and want safe and basic accommodation. One thing to note. There is no elevator which can be a challenge with heavy bags. Found the staff curt and busy but would stay there again for the convenience.

While convenient and overall ok, the hotel could use a makeover: carpets in the rooms should be removed, some of the rooms are tiny and highly inconvenient to get to/around the bed, and the hotel doesn't have an elevator.

Ibis Rabat in Agdal
Excellent proximity to Agdal train station overcame rather dingy appearance, the intermittent WiFi and the fact that they started cleaning up our breakfast at 9:20am even though the buffet is supposed to be open until 10:00. If you need a relAtively inexpensive hotel close to the train station, this is right for you.

Ibis Rabat is ideally situated for anyone visiting the Agdal neighborhood or departing from/arriving to the Rabat Agdal train station. It has a very nice yard, beautiful Moroccan tables, and comfortable-enough rooms. Waiter service could be more attentive but the staff at reception is usually on hand to take care of any issues.
