"Stayed for 5 nights. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. A special thank you to Nisha who made sure that we were happy with our room. The panoramic suite was wonderful. The only problem for us was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. Unfortunately for the last 2 nights we had neighbours who blared the TV constantly all day from 5am. The other slight let down was the children in the spa pool which is the only in door pool. However the hotel does seem to be geared towards families. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay with fabulous food. "

"The staff were amazing and so helpful. My son has multiple allergies and they made special meals for him and were very attentive, especially a manager Sarita who would always check in on him. This made all the difference and it was a perfect place for a family holiday, my son thoroughly enjoyed himself, as did we!"

"A modern hotel very friendly staff on reception breakfast service cleaning staff all spoke i liked that a credit to hotel .my room was clean spacious a good shower bed comfy .i thought breakfast was excellent. Its on a bus linebus stop a few minutes away i very much enjoyed my stay thankyouas a sol traveller i was made to feel welcome. "

"Every single member of staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone had a genuine smile on their face. Room was lovely and clean and the breakfast was excellent. We tried three of the restaurants and they were all good but the Italian we visited twice as the service and food were superb."
