"Hotel has great staff! When booking the room I indicated 3 people (2 adults and 6 yo kid). I paid for the kid as well, thinking that this would be payment for all extras in relation to the kid, but turned out that this was just breakfast and in general the room with king size wouldn’t fit 3 people! The staff was kind enough to resolve issue immediately, offering the room with 2 queen size beds, which is same cost. In general, nice hotel, nice breakfast."

"- easy and good ski access - easy and good spa access - spacious rooms with comfortable bed - terrace in rooms were useful for smoking. - very small swimming pool - breakfast could be better. - Try other restaurants in other two hotels nearby, the MENZERE restaurant was awful in this hotel’s 4th floor"
