"I booked this for a family trip but then was unable to come myself but my husband and son found the property very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The host was communicative and kind and stayed in touch before during and after the stay. Overall a fantastic experience and would recommend to others considering a stay here."

"I rarely take the opportunity to record my stays but this deserves the time. The communication in advance was clear and very helpful. "14 of us (ages ~30+) stayed here for a weekend for a hen party for one of my friends, we needed a Midlands location that was easily accessible from the centre of town and this house was just what we needed. Rikesh was really helpful and communicative. Although the house was perfect for what we needed, it could do with a little updating and sprucing up."
