"A nice hotel with serene surrounding. The trade-off is a short walk to the nearest metro station. Got upsell to a jr suite upon checkin but it is a good deal with the extras in the package. Good service from the staff too. Overall a hassle free experience."

"The W Hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Xi'an. The room was spacious with an amazing design and a large balcony offering fantastic views. Everything was automated and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect of service, from arrival to departure. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food options. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy all the facilities, but when the staff learned it was my birthday, they surprised me with a beautifully written card, fresh fruit, a delicious cake, and a thoughtful gift. I’ve never experienced such a personal touch at any other hotel!"

" We really like our stay and highly recommend everyone to stay here if you are planning to visit Xian. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. The lobby was also very spacious and felt welcoming. Everywhere smelt clean and nice too. Location was also great for tourist. It was easy access to areas of interests, shopping and dining. We were happy that we could find halal (Qingzhen) restaurants around and they definitely were delicious! Service was outstanding too! Thank you to Stacey, Karen and everyone else! Everyone did their best to provide a service that deserves 5 stars! We received a handwritten card signed by all the staff to congratulate us on our wedding anniversary and the room was nicely decorated for us too. There were some surprises on the table as well.
