"The hotel was great, with great amenities and comfort. Would give it a 5 star, but something got burned in the kitchen and the fire alarms went off at 3:00 AM. I know accidents happen and not upset, but was a little surprised that upon checkout an apology out of courtesy wasn’t given. It was quite frightening to get my 9 year old out of bed and rush out of the hotel."

"The reason for our trip was due to my daughter college showing at UCA. Upon arrival front desk clerk Diamond was polite and very helpful on questions about UCA. "This house was so perfect for our family! It is VERY secluded and the property is great for exploring. We came on this trip to do some hiking and just hang out playing games in the house. "The place was very nice, clean, stocked with plenty of kitchen items. The only problem was they said their was a patio heater (there was), but no propane tank. That was extremely disappointing as we wanted to use the patio but it was too cold. The other thing I wish that was mentioned is that to get there, you go through winding and steep hills.
