"The Fern Cave Tiny House was a sturdy little hideaway from the strong winds of the Texas panhandle. We would have welcomed a little more heat the 1st night when the temps were down in the 30s but it warmed up with the sunshine of the next afternoon. The refrigerator and freezer were appreciated. The house was as clean as could be. The bed was comfy and cozy too. "
