"A super great,friendly accomodation with very friendly uncomplicated Hosts. The Fridge was stocked , fresh towels came just like that and we could asked for anything . We had a hotplate with us. You can be at the lake in 7 minutes bY car. It was a wonderful Holiday."

The property manager was very responsive and friendly - even helped us set up a large catered family gathering on the premises. The only thing we didn't realize is that it is not a stand alone villa - the property manager and her family live on the premises. Although they were quiet and respectful, we could sometimes hear their daily activities."

"This villa was spectacular. The view was breathtaking all the rooms were large, comfortable and well appointed. There was a great balcony with a large table and seating area where you could see beautiful sunset views. The kitchen had everything you need and then some. There is a very nice pool which was great to come home to after a day in the sun. The villa is a short walk to central Bardolino and many restaurants and shops. "It very nice and pretty new. The air conditioner was very life saving with 36 Celsius or more outside. The walk to the inner city take 20 minutes so with little kids maby using the car instead is better. "

"Pool wurde nach 3 Tagen gereinigt, leider ohne Vorankündigung, plötzlich standen 2 Personen im Garten das war nicht so angenehm. Fliegengitter wären gut. Leider wurde der Rasen nicht gemäht und es sind sehr viele Treppen vorhanden. Ansonsten ist die Lage traumhaft schön und ruhig ( kommt allerdings auf die direkte Nachbarschaft an). Sämtliche Utensilien die man benötigt sind in der Villa vorhanden ( TV allerdings nur auf italienisch möglich ). Der Gardasee und die Altstadt von Sirmione ist...
