"Quite a quirky, cool hotel and had a really excellent stay and great value for money. Staff were all really helpful and exceptional service, breakfast was fantastic too. Great location and would highly recommend as very good value for money. "

"Pool wasn’t available despite being advertised. Most guests were workmen who made a lot of noise at 5:30 am. Very dated and in need of a refurb. However, very clean, comfortable beds and has all the essentials. Staff were courteous and friendly. "

"Very good stay in Almancil, 15 min drive from Faro and 40 mins to Benagil caves. Host was gracious enough to accept a late check-in for us and was always available on whatsapp for any queries. "

"The place really smells. You can see other reviews which say the same. It’s like something has died in the drains and the owner will not do anything about it. I am unpacking my clothes now and I can still smell it. I really would not go to this place unless it was an extremely desperate situation. "

"Very nice property. I stayed for two nights. Comfortable bed, nice towels, and well equipped kitchen which also has a water filter so I didn’t have to buy drinking water. Easy walk to both bus and train stations, and other sites. I definitely recommend"
