"Standard holiday inn at the airport. You r paying a lot for the convenience. But most of us have no choice if arriving late or leaving early. The hotel has seen better days as it has been heavily used. Great staff though "

"We did not arrive until late at night. The hotel was expecting us. They called us by name and greeted us with a friendly smile Check in was quick. The fellow took our bags up to our room for us, set us up on Wi-Fi and answered any questions we had. The room was large and lovely and overlooked Valpariso Bay. The bathroom was fully renovated, and there was a small kitchen more like a studio apartments. The place was spotless and secure. Breakfast the next day was tasty and eggs were cooked to order. There was an elevator which came quickly. We will stay there again in a heartbeat. We will be back to Valpariso, as there’s much to see and do."

"I like this property because it is within walking distance of the supermarkets. The room is very spacious, with an incredible partial ocean view. However, the restaurants could improve attentiveness to lunch and dining options when serving. The food was okay, but I hope to see some flavor enhancements. Overall, it is a great place to stay in Vina del Mar. "

"The view of the Bay/water front was beautiful. But if you were looking for the beach you need to go further up or down the coast. The hotel is clean, staff very friendly and the breakfast was more than just coffee & bread. You had fruit, egg, sausage, pastries and so much more to eat. This area was very walkable. As you walked the city the dining options were plentiful from Pizza to Chinese to local dining. Public transportation was easily found. The only disappointing aspect of the city was the Graffiti that was everywhere. But we enjoyed our time in Valparaiso. "
