"Brilliant, perfect place to stay to visit submarine pens. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking was brilliant, either in the secure gated fenced car park or in the basement car park. Brilliant as travelling overnight stop so very reassuring and no need to empty car."

"Great new hotel. Custom service a bit hot and miss, was standing at reception with no acknowledgement as staff member was writing in a notebook. Actual checkin was standard after that. Room was good, very clean, a night light on bathroom would be useful. Restaurant service again very slow, was ignored for about 10 mins. It was not busy. Food very average, ordered sirloin steak, med rare, was very inconsistent and not the best, hard to eat. Rest of the food was fine. "
