Balcony with garden furniture. Free parking on the residence. One animal allowed with extra charge (4€/days).

Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 24th of May to 27th of september 2025.

Bonne superficie d'appartement, Matériel de très bonne qualité, résidence calme et bien entretenue. Un store banne serait utile sur le balcon pour le matin et le midi. Matelas des petits lits seraient à remplacer. Bon séjour dans cet appartement.
