Jorge called and offered assistance to help our transportation get to the location and was available for any questions or assistance needed. He also checked in often to see how our stay was going. "Everything was very nice and family had a wonderful time. There were plenty of spots for kids to play and sit and read and there were still plenty of room for the rest of the family to stay comfortable and catch up on good conversation. They were very thorough in explaining everything from the location of kitchen supplies, how to use code to lock and enter the house as well as gates. "The home is a two story with no safety guards for children…please be fully aware not all details are on the listing. All rooms are on the second floor. One of the bedrooms does not have a fan. "The place was very nice. It felt like home coming from the US. It was one story which worked out for my in laws which are elderly. Was plenty of room for at least 6 people. The pool was the best. Loved getting in during the hot days and had an umbrella to protect from the sun with a in pool table to play cards. All together, lovely place. Thanks for letting us stay."

"It was relaxing and peaceful. We all had a great time. Mario the groundskeeper was very helpful and has maintained the property well. The perfect home to have a large family. Easy access to the beach and the pool was a huge plus. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have a lot of people and if you have kids. "

"My husband and I visited El Salvador for the first time and we chose to stay at this hotel. Every detail was top notch. Walking distance to the mall, restaurants and shops. The hotel offers a contact for tours which we truly enjoyed and were able to capture the sites and culture. The amenities such as the spa, laundry and fitness came in handy. I highly recommend this hotel you will have everything at your reach. The staff is super helpful, kind and attentive at all times. We plan to return with our relatives, group of 12 and will be booking here again"
