In the town, you can admire a remarkable Gothic church from the 13th century. Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue is so much more than just a village by the sea. The fishing and sailing village in the Val de Saire is famous for its oysters and its old towers are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Your little ones are sure to love going oyster hunting at low tide between the mainland and Tatihou Island! You can also experience Utah Beach, known as one of the Allied landing beaches during the Second World War.
