"I was told they didn’t have cars to the airport so I hired someone separate, then when they came they got turned away and I had to pay them and the hotel driver that was apparently the only one allowed to give me a ride. But the staff were friendly, the place was kept clean, and the vegetarian restaurant had incredible food and service!"

The staff were very attentive and friendly, even when there were language barriers. Unfortunately, the poor build quality of the roomms meant there were gaps around the doors- so the air con was nowhere near a decent efficiency. "It was next to a building site, lots of noise. Public toilets on ground floor were very dirty no tissues, no soap. Most nights the food was not on time. Food was good. You get what you pay for. Our room was clean .the staff was friendly. "

"We've walked past the Sonesta Inn snd always wanted to stay there - now we have and it was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful and everywhere was kept clean and tidy.
