I found the hotel somewhat run down, stained shower floor, missing garment hanging hook, stuck blinds. Room electricity savers down. Its pair of elevators not coordinating, one without floor indicators. The chain has a good regard, so perhaps a through general maintenance would be worth it.

Staff was super cool they’ll get you an Uber (avoid taxis) super helpful you’re a taxi ride away from work centro not waking distance at all overall property is good and clean

El hotel es opción solo para descansar si no vas más de un día a Querétaro , las. Instalaciones están descuidadas , el piso sucio en las habitaciones , las personas de la recepción son muy groseras la única persona que fue muy amable fue la señora que estaba al pendiente de la comida en el desayuno era una persona ya mayor pero sumamente trabajadora , les falta más coordinación y amabilidad con los huéspedes , las planchas las tienen en recepción y te piden un id para prestarlas como si fuera algo malo , es lo mínimo que debería tener la habitación plancha y secadora , donde me quede ninguna de las dos No me hospedaría de nuevo
