The place is very convenient and located near to main streets. The staff were the best of the whole thing, very helpful, kind and understanding. The breakfast was enough to start the day and the room was very big and comfortable.

Even though this is an executive hotel, my family was able to enjoy the time there as the hotel room was big and comfortable. It is well located and lots of óptimos where to move. Located next to a main street in Queretaro, you’ll be ready to hit the road and get wherever you want to go.

Nice rooms with comfortable beds and pillows; be aware a major construction is under development along all "5 de febrero Avenue" until at least the end of 3Q23. Access to the hotel is limited and there is a lot of traffic both to access and leave the hotel area.

The only thing I would take care of is to make sure that the employees do not confuse the destiny of the visitors between Holliday Hotel and Holliday Swites. We were meant to stay at the swites and the guy at the entance sent us to the hotel. I would not be a problem, butwe were very tired of the trip. The other issue is the cost of the room service... too expensive. Besides, it is a great place. Kind regards, Alfredo Hernández.
