Había cucarachas en el cuarto y del baño se salía toda el agua, cuando llegamos nadie nos supo decir si ese era el lugar ya que no hay ninguna señalización

Muy básico, son habitaciones con entrada independiente sobre la calle, los colchones muy incómodos!! en relación costo beneficio, lo único bueno es la ubicación pues esta en pleno centro de Querétaro. Muy cerca de parques, iglesia y restaurantes.

sitio agradable. llegamos muy tarde en la noche y estuvieron pendientes de nuestra llegada. Para que todo sea excelente les sugeriría colocar una cortina en el baño.

viaje de negocios
una habitación ubicada en el centro de Queretaro, en menos de 5 minutos estas en la plaza principal de queretaro o en la plaza fundadores. No cuenta con estacionamiento, pero te puedes mover fácilmente y a precio razonable por medio de UBER. la habitación es amplia, con dos camas matrimoniales muy cómodas, limpieza a diario, servicio de tele por cable.

Pregunte si era el hotel y la srita que esta en recepcion me indico que no por estar ocupada con un hombre que aseguro no es un cliente. Cuando regrese despues de 30 min de buscar el hotel le pregunte por mi reservacion y dijo que si era ahi. Le reclame su incompetencia y solo dijo perdon estaba distraida
