"Tres beau chalet bien aménagé fonctionnel parfait pour 8, sur 3 étages , pratique pour des espaces indépendants Petit bémol sur la literie ( un lit double auquel il manque de nombreuses lattes, un canapé lit qui grince énormément ) Autre bémol indépendant du chalet , la fréquence des navettes , toutes les heures , limitent et contraignent les accès aux stations ( pas facile avec enfant en bas age à l'ESF mais faisable ! ) Mais super séjour quand même !!"

"The Chalet is just below a lift into Montalbert. It is wonderfully appointed; the ground floor has a double bedroom with an ensuite and a bunk room with a huge luxury shower room. The first floor has an open plan kitchen, lounge with a large table, balcony and the best alpine views. We loved sharing meals and chores here. Just below the chalet is a 200m walk to the Notre Dame De Neige, a wonderful small chapel that has been lovingly restored. I do hope that we will be able to go back, this...

"Le chalet est : . vétuste (salle de bain avec les joints jaunis, table de nuit cassée, vieux meubles, équipement ménagé ancien ,etc.. ) . aucune chaise longue pour la terrasse . les abords n'étaient pas dégagés (une entreprise à dû venir pour faire l'entretien) . la literie est de mauvaise qualité . une nouvelle résidence a été construite juste derrière le chalet, ce qui lui fait perdre l'intérêt de sa situation. En résumé, je ne conseille pas cette location/"

"We have just returned from Les Contamines. There were 2 families (4 adults and 4 children) and the space was excellent. The children particularly enjoyed the table football and table tennis. The communal space in the kitchen, lounge and dining area was large enough to cater for all of us . The beds were comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were immaculate with the added bonus of a bath, which the children enjoyed on their return from skiing. "The chalet was perfect for 4 or 5 adults. The third double bedroom was a little too small and cosy for two adults sharing. Charming rustic decor and ambience, with lovely touches like unusual candles; kitchen beautifully equipped - even a salad spinner - all appliances were top quality. Integral garage with automatic door was a boon. Loved the location, close to the village, but be aware the pretty garden is not enclosed and near the road.
